The complex is conceived as a vast space able to welcome many spectators on an on-going basis.
The ideal site would be a disused industrial site (i.e. : farm produce industry with recycling of industrial elements, Power station to which large functional buildings could be added to house the various modules)
The machinery will be constituted of recycled components.
Sounds will be produced by electro-acoustic techniques. One should consider the generation of autonomous sounds (the fibre optic harp of the central unit, monumental percussion, wind instru-monuments, etc.)
